WELCOME — I’m so glad you’re here!
You’re invited to join the Book Talk on May 12, 2017, 3:00 pm
at MacArthur Hills, 1295 Kinwest Pkwy, Irving, TX 75063.
I’ll be talking about the story behind the story and the four defining incidents that led up to writing it. And for the first time, I’ll talk about when I worked for President Harry S. Truman.
I hope you can join us!
Betty Groezinger

Nighttime was deliciously scary to the little girl who listened intently to Inner Sanctum, the 1941 radio mystery show with the spine-chilling, creaking door. And, in the dark, she would make up her own stories!

I fell in love with the mysteries of Nancy Drew, Agatha Christi, Daphne du Maurier, and eventually John le Carre, Tom Clancy, and Robert Ludlum. And I fell in love with writing.

I love to write the twists and turns of mysteries and thrillers as well as tales of long ago when the world was a gentler place. Stories and ideas constantly resound in my head. The job is to sort out, divide, and conquer the “crazies,” then find a way to piece it together.

I sincerely hope you will enjoy reading The Davenport Dilemma, as well as the short stories in my blog.
